Digital HR1 replaces paper form

A digital version of the HR1 form has been launched by The Insolvency Service.

The HR1 form must be submitted to the Redundancy Payments Service when an employer plans to make 20 or more employees redundant at an establishment within a 90-day period.

After 30 November 2025, the online form will be the only way to submit the HR1 form.
