June 2026 inflation data

The UK’s inflation rate in June 2026 - as measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) - was 2.6%.

The detailed figures for the year to June 2026 are:

  • CPI inflation was 2.6% in June 2026 (Index: 142.5), down from 2.8% in the year to May
  • RPI* inflation was 3.0% in June 2026 (Index: 416.5), down from 3.1% in the year to May
  • CPIH inflation was 2.8% in June 2026 (Index: 142.3), down from 3.0% in the year to May
