February 2025 inflation data
The UK’s inflation rate in February 2025, as measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), was 2.8%.
The detailed figures for the year to February 2025 are:
- CPI inflation was 2.8% in February 2025 (Index: 136.0), down from 3.0% in the year to January
- RPI* inflation was 3.4% in February 2025 (Index: 394.0), down from 3.6% in the year to January
- CPIH inflation was 3.7% in February 2025 (Index: 135.6), down from 3.9% in the year to January
*The Office for National Statistics no longer regards the RPI as an official measure of inflation.
