Pay data: three months to February 2025

Various research bodies have published pay data for the three months to the end of February 2025.

  • Incomes Data Research focuses on the private sector where the median pay award was 3.5% in the three months to February (interquartile range: 3.0% - 4.3%).
  • Brightmine recorded a median basic pay award of 3.0% across the whole economy for the three months to the end of February.
  • Deals reported to LRD’s Payline averaged 3.4% for the lowest paid, with the public sector having a higher median at 3.7%.
