Pay data: three months to July 2025
Various research bodies have published pay data for the three months to the end of July 2025.
- Incomes Data Research shows the median pay award across the whole economy at 3.0% for the three months to July (interquartile range: 2.5% to 3.2%).
- Brightmine also recorded a median basic pay award of 3.0% for the three months to the end of July (the eight consecutive month that it’s been at this figure).
- According to the LRD Payline, pay deals were averaging 3.5% for the lowest paid in the three months to July 2025 – with the public sector median at 4.0%.
