Various research bodies have published pay data for the three months to the end of August 2023.
- XpertHR recorded a median basic pay award of 5.0% across the whole economy for the three months to the end of August (lower quartile: 4.3%, upper quartile: 6.7%).
- Incomes Data Research shows the median pay award at 5.0% for the three months to August (interquartile range 4.0% to 7.0%).
- According to the Labour Research Department, the median for the three months ending August was 7.5%.
