Pay data: three months to June 2019
Median pay awards are stable at around 2.5%.
- Incomes Data Research show the median award across the whole economy at 2.5% as does data from the Labour Research Department’s Payline tracker.
- XpertHR also shows the median basic pay award in the three months to June 2019 at 2.5% (for the sixth consecutive rolling quarter), with the interquartile range being 2% (the lower quartile) and 3.0% (the upper quartile).
