Pay data: three months to April 2019
Pay awards have settled around the 2.5% mark this year.
- XpertHR shows the median basic pay award in the three months to April at 2.5% (for the fourth consecutive rolling quarter). The interquartile range stands at 0.8 percentage points, between 2.0% (the lower quartile) and 2.8% (the upper quartile).
