The UK’s main inflation measure in July 2021 was 2.0%.

The inflation measures for the year to July 2021 are as follows:

• CPI inflation was 2.0% in July 2021 (Index: 111.3), down from 2.5% in the year to June 2021
• CPIH inflation was 2.1% in July 2021 (Index: 111.4), down from 2.4% in the year to June 2021
• RPI inflation was 3.8% in July 2021 (Index: 305.5), down from 3.9% in the year to June 2021

Note that the Office for National Statistics no longer regards RPI as an official measure of inflation.
